We offer a 90 day warranty and replacement on all of our jewelry. We stand behind our products and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your Kinsley Armelle purchase! To be eligible for product warranty & replacement, proper jewelry care must be used.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please submit a photo to liveradiantly360@gmail.com prior to filling out our Warranty claim on our website. This will help us to link both the product and the Warranty Request form to ensure a seamless transaction in getting your product either refunded or replaced.

To submit a claim, please follow these simple steps to submit your warranty request.

  1. Type in your order number and the email address associated with that product.

  2. Choose a reason for the "Return Reason".

  3. Type in anything else you would like to let us know about the issue.

  4. Press Return Items.
